In short
At Polish design studios a logo usually costs €500–1,500, a brand book €800–1,750 and a complete brand identity with business materials €1,400–4,700 (net). The price depends on how many elements you order, not on the logo alone.
01What a brand identity is
A brand identity is the consistent set of elements people recognise your company by: logo, colours, typefaces, the style of photos and graphics, and the rules for using them. The logo is only one part of it. The whole system is what makes your website, business card, Instagram post and packaging look like one brand.
02How much does brand identity design cost?
| Scope | Typical price (net) | What it usually includes |
|---|---|---|
| Logo | €500–1,500 | 2–3 concepts, revisions, files in colour versions |
| Brand book | €800–1,750 | logo usage rules, colours, typography, examples |
| Core identity | €1,400–2,800 | logo, palette, typography, business card, letterhead, social media templates |
| Full identity | €2,800–4,700+ | all of the above plus key visual, brand book, packaging, ad materials |
The ranges for the logo and the brand book come from a 2026 Polish price guide (cenauslug.pl), converted to euros. The ranges for full packages are our estimates from projects of a similar scope. Studios in Germany and the UK often quote noticeably higher rates for the same scope.
03What drives the price
Scope: a logo only, a logo with a brand book, or a whole system with business materials.
Strategy: research into competitors, audience and brand archetype adds a few to a dozen hours, and saves revisions later.
Concepts and revision rounds: two well-developed concepts usually beat five rushed ones.
Number of applications: every extra item (packaging, vehicle wrap, trade-fair stand) is another design.
Experience: a higher rate often means fewer hours, because an experienced designer gets there faster.
Copyright: check that the full transfer of economic rights is included. Without it, the logo is not fully yours.
04An example estimate from Creadigo
We work at an hourly rate and always give you a free estimate of hours before we start. The rate goes down as the project grows: €70, €60 or €50 net per hour.
Logo refresh: about 10 h × €70 = about €700 net
New logo with a core identity: about 30 h × €60 = about €1,800 net
Full identity with a brand book: about 60 h × €50 = about €3,000 net
One example of a full identity from our portfolio is Allzero: logo, packaging and printed materials for a new brand of premium non-alcoholic drinks.
05How not to overpay
- 01
Start with what you need now: a logo and a core system. Add the rest as the brand grows.
- 02
Prepare a short brief: who your customers are, who your competitors are, what the brand should stand for.
- 03
Compare quotes by scope and number of hours, not only by the final price.
- 04
Ask about files: vector formats (SVG, PDF), colour versions and the transfer of rights.
06Frequently asked questions
01How much does a logo alone cost?
At Polish studios usually €500–1,500 net. Logos from online generators are cheaper, but you get no exclusivity and no rights to the mark.
02How long does a brand identity project take?
A logo takes 2–4 weeks; a full identity with a brand book 4–8 weeks, depending on how quickly feedback comes back.
03Is it worth investing in a brand identity at launch?
Yes, in a core version. Changing your brand after a year on the market costs more than a good logo at the start.
04Will I get vector files?
At Creadigo always: SVG, PDF and PNG in colour versions, together with the transfer of economic rights.
