In short
At Polish studios a simple one-page website usually costs €350–600 net, a company website with several pages €700–1,650 and an online store €1,050–3,500 and more. A website designed from scratch for your brand costs more than a ready-made theme, but it sells better and is easier to grow.
01Types of websites and their prices
| Type of website | Typical price (net) | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page | €400–600 | one offer, a campaign, sign-ups |
| One-page website | €350–600 | small firms, local services |
| Company website (5–10 pages) | €700–1,650 | service firms, B2B, agencies |
| Website designed from scratch (UI/UX + build) | €1,900–4,700 | brands that want to stand out |
| Online store | €1,050–3,500 and more | selling online, from a dozen to thousands of products |
The ranges for landing pages, one-page sites, company websites and stores come from an averaged Polish price list (kb.pl, 2023 data, converted to euros; prices today are usually 10–20% higher). The range for websites designed from scratch is our own estimate.
02What drives the price of a website
Custom design or a theme: a ready-made theme is cheaper; a UI/UX design tailored to your brand costs more but converts better.
Number and types of pages: ten similar pages take less work than five different ones.
Copy and photos: if they need writing or shooting, that is a separate cost.
Languages: every extra language means translation and extra set-up.
Features: bookings, payments, integrations with an ERP or a wholesaler, a customer account.
Platform: WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and Shopware differ in build cost and monthly fees.
SEO and speed: a clean heading structure, meta descriptions, fast loading and language versions for Google.
03Running costs to plan for
Domain: usually €10–35 a year (the first year is often cheaper).
Hosting: about €50–150 a year for a typical company website.
Store platform subscription: for example Shopify, billed monthly depending on the plan.
Maintenance: updates, backups and small changes; usually a few hours a month or a package.
Domain and hosting prices are approximate; check your provider’s current price list.
